Latest info on this meet:

The session will cover recent updates to environmental legislation and areas targeted by the regulators. The main speaker for the day will be Hayley Saunders a lawyer with Shoosmiths. Hayley presented a session last year updating us on H & S legislation. It was so successful that we have invited her back in her new role at Shoosmiths covering environmental legislation to update us on what is new there and what regulator activities are taking place. As usual Hayley will have plenty of revealing photographs to support her presentation.

As a brief change of topic, I have also invited back to HSL - Julie Coulton form the Derbyshire Police Counter Terrorism Unit. Julie will show a DVD entitled "Operation Fairway" that deals with suspicious behaviour. This DVD could not be shown at our earlier session on Site Security (November 2009) but was thought to be so useful that we have asked Julie to show it on our first return to HSL. No-one will be disappointed by this change of topic. Julie's session will just cover the hour before lunch before Hayley returns to more environmental concerns after the break.

Should be another useful day with much valuable material to take away and discuss with your colleagues.
