Meeting Theme – The way we deal with Regulators, particularly when they come to visit, can dramatically effect the way in which they progress any investigation and ultimately enforcement action. Knowing what they can, and can't do (although this isn't all that much!), should mean a visit can be as much about educating the regulator and showing all your strong points as well as dealing with their requests and investigation.
