Steering Group

Objective

To provide the Club with objective feedback on its strategic activities in order for its members to gain maximum value.

Scope

The following areas will be in scope:

• Getting the most benefit out of the Club
• Club services (current and future)
• Member communications and the media used
• Specific topics of interest to the Steering Group

Approach

The group will be facilitated through a series of regular quarterly meetings throughout the year. Each meeting will be hosted by a Steering Group member.

Benefits

Members of the Steering Group will be able to influence the Club’s strategic direction, obtain organisational learning as well as gain individual in depth learning and take part in regular personal networking.
