We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in full compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. Members can check the information that we hold about them by logging in and checking their personal details on screen. If they find any inaccuracy they can correct it immediately.
Non members should contact the club
As a networking organisation we encourage the exchange of contact details and ask that you provide your email address when you complete your personal profile. The details you provide are added to our Member Directory which is searchable online, for members only.
We use technology to track the patterns of user activity within our site. This does not install or load any file or software on your computer and will always be anonymous and not linked to any other personal data held within the system.
