We pride ourselves on being the leading Best Practice organisation for large public and private sector companies. Our member organisations are facing the same issues and challenges as each other, with many of them operating best practice process in areas such as:

The Club facilitates the sharing of this best practice across its members. We understand that employees are under increasing time pressure to develop and improve their performance. We provide an easy-to-use resource, whether face-to-face workshops, online performance improvement tools or networking with peers via our website Club Forum. The Club has a high degree of loyalty from its members, which ensures that any information shared is objective and unbiased.

Each year, we receive over 50,000 visits to our website with thousands of managers from member companies able to access information due to the unique open membership structure in place. Each year we hold over 50 Workshops, Active Learning Days and other events. Over 1000 delegates learn from specialists within member organisations talking honestly and openly about specific business issues.

Free networking events and access to community forum:
Attend the Club’s regional events to meet like-minded colleagues and discuss business issues one-to-one with other members. All member employees also get full access to the members-only Community area on the Club website. This includes contact information for everyone registered at other member organisations as well as access to the Club Forum. Here, you can identify benchmarking partners, post information requests, arrange site visits and share ideas, experience and information with fellow Club members.

Save time and money on discounted publications and tailored training packages:
We offer discounts on publications that we know will be of interest to members, as well as conferences and events. The Club also runs a variety of open and in-company training courses in the area of performance development and best practice which are tailored to a company’s requirement.
