Membership FAQs

I want to know ...

Who can join?

Membership is corporate not individual and is site or function based. The Club attracts large private and public sectors across all industries.

How much does membership cost?

The annual fee is £1570 + VAT per site or function and £960 + VAT per each additional site or function. There are some tailormade packages for multi-site and overseas members. There is no joining fee. To find out more about how to join and membership fees, click here.

Who in our organisation can use the Club and what is involved?

All those involved with business improvement at your site can attend events and use the online facilities. Up to 15 employees at each site can access the Benchmarking and Performance Improvement Resource.

How can I share information/request help/find benchmarking partners?

By attending Club workshops and other events, requesting and responding to requests on the Forum, using the Member one2one to do a search for contact, company or process or call the Club direct.

What industries are represented?

One of the strengths of the Club is the number and range of industries represented.

The Club has a strict Code of Conduct which conforms to the European Benchmarking Code of Conduct.

Call the Club on 01306 646555 for your company username and password so you can use the website and receive monthly newsletters about events.
