| In 2007 we took up the opportunity of membership with the Best Practice Club. We needed to find organisations of a similar make up with which to Benchmark. We put our requirements on the BPC site and within days we had contact details of 3 companies offering - no strings - help and advice. Meetings followed including a demonstration of a live Quality Management System, and clear advice on ''pitfalls'' and ''practical solutions to problems'' was given from real experience. This provided real momentum for moving our own internal system forward
